Karel has been working in the field of marketing and communications for over 20 years. He spent 5 years as director of corporate communications at EY and over 11 years as marketing director at Van Lanschot Kempen. Since 2021, he has started his own company: Merkster. He is also a lecturer for various master’s degree programmes in marketing and the professional programmes NIMA B and NIMA C. Karel is associated with Providence Capital as director of client communications.
