Providence Capital N.V. is an investment firm holding a license issued by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as referred to in Article 2:96 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). As such, Providence Capital is under the supervision of the AFM and De Nederlandsche Bank and must comply with the requirements set out in and pursuant to the Wft.

Providence Capital N.V. has three statutory directors who work full-time for the company and have been assessed by the AFM for reliability and suitability.

The directors have full insight into the business activities of Providence Capital N.V., including the key risks to which the company is exposed. They possess the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to perform their duties effectively. The directors do not hold ancillary positions that could conflict in terms of time commitment or responsibilities with their work for Providence Capital N.V. and its clients.

The directors bear overall responsibility for Providence Capital N.V. and, more specifically, are accountable for formulating the company’s strategic objectives, risk strategy, and internal governance. They also ensure the integrity of the accounting and financial reporting systems and compliance with laws and regulations.
